art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
The European Regulation EU/2016/679 lays down rules on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. In compliance with the transparency principle (art. 5), the company Società Imprese Lignano S.I.L. S.P.A., as data controller, hereby provides you with the following information under art. 13 of the Regulation:
Contact data of the data controller
All personal data you voluntarily provide (biographical, contact), through the contact links you find on www.termedilignano.it, will be processed by paper and computer means to answer your requests of information, make quotes and the consequent fulfilment of legal and contractual requirements arising from them.
Providing your data for the above purposes is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide them will result in the impossibility for this Company to offer the requested service.

Rights of the data subject
As data subject, you may at any time exercise your rights (arts. 15-22 of the Regulation) by sending a notice by fax or e-mail to the contact addresses indicated above. In particular, you have the right to request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of the data;
- restrictions of their processing
- the right to object to your data being processed;
- the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Complaint lodged with the supervisory authority
